ThinkForge ships with 21 workspace templates organized into four categories. Each template creates a set of pre-configured documents tailored to a specific type of work.
All templates follow the same pattern: a focused set of 5–7 components covering the core workflow, with required components forming the backbone and optional components for supplementary tracking. Many templates include at least one agent-assisted component for AI-assisted document creation.
Current Template Capabilities
Built-in templates currently create Markdown documents beneath _captured/ and pin them into a workspace named after the template. If a component has no prepared content, ThinkForge creates a basic scaffold appropriate to its document type.
Agent-assisted labels and reference-file entries are currently descriptive metadata. Built-in templates do not automatically deploy those agents, apply their prompt settings, copy reference files, create a Mind Map, or connect documents to Mind Map nodes.
